How to Order Synthetic GenesWhat you need- The DNA sequence or protein sequence (for codon optimization orders).
- A purchase order (PO) number or credit card.
- Shipping and billing addresses.
Quote requests and gene orders- You may want to request a quote before ordering your gene(s). Click the "Request a Quote" button (left), and you willl be taken to a quote request form. Simply fill it out as directed and follow the prompts. Don't hesitate to contact our technical support team should you need help.
- Order genes directly on-line through our secure web server. Click the "Order a Gene" button (left). You will first be prompted to log in or create an account and will then proceed to the on-line order form.
- All your quote requests and gene orders will be confirmed with an e-mail. If you do not recieve an e-mail in your in-box, please set your in-box to allow mail from sales@DNA20.com. Also, all your quotes and orders are always available in your on-line account.
- Order received before 11 am PST will be processed the same business day.
